Registration Methods

Pre-registration for the 28th Annual Conference is closed. Our On-site Registration Desk in JW Grand Foyer East will open for a short time on Tuesday, October 21st from 4:00-6:00pm, then will be available for the following hours:

Wednesday, October 22nd:  6:30am - 6:30pm
Thursday, October 23rd:  7:30am - 6:00pm
Friday, October 24th:  7:30am - 5:00pm
Saturday, October 25th:  8:00am - 1:30pm

There are 3 ways to register/reserve a room for the 28th Annual Conference:

 ONLINE (credit card only)
Register for the conference, reserve your housing, and receive a confirmation the same day!

 

  You'll be prompted to log in using your APNA username and password. If you don't remember your APNA account information, call us toll free at 855-863-2762. If you don't have an APNA account, you'll be prompted to create one.
  • Be sure to select the individual sessions you'd like to attend while at the conference. Session rooms have limited seating, so pre-registering is a must! We recommend that you check out the Conference Program before you begin.
  • If you want to make changes to your agenda, you can always log back in to your registration using your confirmation # -- it will be listed in your confirmation email.

  • Note: For those sending checks for both your registration fee & housing pre-payment, write separate checks for each, and be sure to include the tax on your hotel amount.

Full Conference Registrations include sessions from Wednesday evening to Saturday afternoon. This year we have two new options available for attendees who would like to add Wednesday sessions to their conference registration:

  • Conference Plus! with Pre-Conferences
    Includes full conference registration plus morning and afternoon pre-conference sessions (full day) on Wednesday. This charge will include the full conference rate plus the Conference Plus! additional fee.
     
  • Conference Plus! with DSM Course
    Includes full conference registration plus the DSM-5 for Advanced Practice Nurses Conference Course, which takes place throughout the conference during designated times Wednesday – Saturday (the registration website will customize your registration process as a participant of this course). This charge will include the full conference rate plus the Conference Plus! additional fee.


Additional package and pricing options:

  • Conference + ANCC Review Course Package
    You’ll be able to add the ANCC Review Course (either PMH Nurse or PMH NP) to your Full Conference or Conference Plus! registration on the “Additional Options” page after your select your sessions.  The fees charged will be discounted as a part of the Conference + Course Package rate.
  • ANCC Review Courses
    If you plan on registering for one of the ANCC Review Courses (either PMH Nurse or PMH NP) without registering for the conference, select one of the “Course Only” options.
  • Active Military*
    Active Military Registrations are available for members of the Military, Reserves, or National Guard on active duty.  Use the discount code APNA2014MILITARY on the registration site to take advantage of the $299 discounted rate.
    *Must show proof of current active military service at Registration Check-in.  Acceptable forms of proof are a copy of your military orders or a signed letter verifying full time active duty status on official letterhead. Attendee will be responsible for paying the full registration price if proof of current active military service is not shown on-site at Registration.

Registration Cancellation Policy

Notification of cancellation must be received in writing to inform@apna.org by September 26, 2014 to receive a refund minus a $75 administrative fee. Please allow three weeks for processing. Telephone cancellations are not eligible for a refund, and no refunds will be issued after September 26, 2014.
