Diane Allen has published an original article titled Staying Safe: Re-examining Workplace Violence in Acute Psychiatric Settings
The article, posted online on June 13, 2013 in the Journal of Psychosocial Nursing and Mental Health Services, describes educational strategies that have helped staff to decrease workplace violence in an acute inpatient setting.
   
  Nadine Dexter Named Chief Nursing Officer of Eating Recovery Center
Eating Recovery Center is an international center providing comprehensive treatment for anorexia, bulimia, EDNOS and binge eating disorder. Bernadette Melnyk Participates in Construction of Million Hearts Educational Module
The Ohio State University Colleges of Nursing, Medicine and Pharmacy have launched the Million Hearts educational modules as part of its National Interprofessional Education and Practice Consortium to Advance Million Hearts. It is a free, online module designed for interdisciplinary teamwork by students pursuing healthcare professions. http://millionhearts.osu.edu/
