Registration Methods

There are 3 ways to register/reserve a room for the 24th Annual Conference:

Online: (credit card only) Register for the conference, reserve your housing, and receive a confirmation the same day! Remember: This is the only option which offers individual session registration.

  • Note! The registration site will not save any of your selections unless you press "Submit" and receive your confirmation. Please plan to complete the entire registration and housing process when you log in. We recommend that you check out the Conference Program before you begin.

Mail: (check only) Download the offline registration and housing forms here. Mail the completed forms to APNA Registration c/o ConferenceDirect, 1900 S. Blvd., Suite 110, Charlotte, NC 28203. Please make checks payable to APNA.


Be sure to register for the individual sessions to reserve your spot! Luncheon symposia and product theaters have limited seating, so pre-registering is a must.


Registration Rates

      • APNA members receive a $200 discount.
      • Pre-Conference Courses are available only to those who are registered for the conference.
      • ANCC Review Courses are available as a PMH NP Course and a PMH Nurse Course. Participants can register for the course only or take advantage of significant discounts with our Course + Conference Package!


Registration Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of participant registration must be requested in writing and must be received by September 10, 2010. A $75 administrative fee will be assessed on all cancellations. Please allow three weeks for processing of refunds. Cancellations received after September 10, 2010 will not receive a refund. Telephone cancellations are not eligible for refund. If you need to cancel your registration and request a refund, please email your request to APNA2010@conferencedirect.com.
