Award for Innovation - Chapter

DESCRIPTION

The APNA Award for Innovation - Chapter recognizes an APNA chapter that has creatively implemented a successful project/activity that has potential to further the goals and objectives of the association.

CRITERIA

1. The project/activity has been completed within the last year.
2. The project/activity has the potential to be used by other APNA chapters.
3. There is a plan proposed by the APNA chapter to disseminate project outcomes at a chapter or national level.

NOMINATION PROCEDURES
Email inform@apna.org with your nomination for more information and to access the nomination form. Each nomination should include two letters of recommendation of no more than 500 words each (one from the nominator and one from a reference, each submitted via the online nomination form). Each letter should provide specific examples of how the nominee meets the above criteria.

Nominations Deadline: Monday, April 28, 2014
