TBI and Psychological Health Co-occurring Conditions Toolkit (CCT): Helps primary care providers assess and treat service members who may have multiple symptoms from a TBI and co-occuring disorders, such as depression, substance abuse or PTSD. (pdf)

 

TBI and Psychological Health Co-Occuring Conditions App: The toolkit (left) is available as a free mobile app: The app includes the contents of the CCT, and adds enhancements such as interactive decision trees to aid in the identification of appropriate interventions and timing of services for this challenging patient population.
