Learning Objectives

After completing this activity, the participant will demonstrate the ability to:

  • Integrate evidence-based interventions for improved schizophrenia treatment adherence and compliance into daily practice
  • Discuss efficacy, safety and PK data for long-acting injectable antipsychotics (LAI) for schizophrenia
  • Select eligible patients for LAI intervention, and begin the dialog regarding LAI use
  • Provide appropriate care and counsel for patients and their families
