Celeste Johnson

Celeste Johnson named Vice President of Nursing, Behavioral Health, at Parkland Health & Hospital System. Celeste served as Parkland’s Director of Nursing, Psychiatric Services, for 3 years. In her new role, Johnson will work collaboratively with Parkland’s specialty services and community health partners to deliver evidence-based care to individuals with mental health needs throughout the system.

Kathleen Lehmann

Kathleen Lehmann named recipient of American Nurses Credentialing Center’s 2017 Certified Nurse Awards. Kathleen is being honored for her contributions to the advancement of psychiatric-mental health nursing in acute care, intermediate care, and long-term geriatric care. Additionally, Lehmann has facilitated a tele-mental health group on combat stress for veterans with PTSD.

Bernadette Melnyk

Bernadette Melnyk reappointed as Dean through 2022; named Vice President for Health Promotion at the Ohio State University.
