Information & Tips for APNA Clinical Psychopharmacology Institute Attendees

All sessions will take place in the Commonwealth Ballroom 4-8 on the second floor.

PROGRAM CHANGE

Due to a personal emergency, Dr. John Campo will not be presenting his session on Saturday. The CPI Outcomes Panel will now be from 3:30pm to 4:00pm. After the conference, you will be given access to two sessions with pharmacology CE in the APNA eLearning Center. This is to ensure that you are able to earn the contact hours you will miss at the conference due to this cancellation. Keep an eye out for an email with details about these sessions.

WIFI

To access the internet, please connect to the Omni Meeting conference WiFi network. Open your browser and enter username apna2019 and password apna2019. Be sure to check the "I agree to the Terms of Use" box and click "Connect" to proceed.

CHECK IN

When you arrive, check in at registration to receive your name badge (grants you access to sessions & events) and your program book. Your program book includes:

  • Daily schedule and speaker info
  • Maps
  • Continuing education details and how to do your evaluations
  • Session learning outcomes, speaker bios, and pages for notes
REGISTRATION

The registration desk is located in the Commonwealth Ballroom Foyer on the second floor of the hotel. Come by with any questions or issues. APNA staff will be happy to help!

Registration hours are:

  • Thursday, June 6, 4:00pm - 7:00pm
  • Friday, June 7, 7:30am - 5:30pm
  • Saturday, June 8, 7:30am - 5:30pm
  • Sunday, June 9, 7:30am - 3:30pm
SESSION HANDOUTS
  • Go to www.apna.org/CPIHandouts.
  • Log in with your APNA username and password. If you do not know your password, contact APNA at 855.863.2762 to have it reset or click reset password to have a link to reset your password emailed to you.
  • Click the blue session name, then the gray download button to open a pdf of the handouts.

Remember to download and save or print these handouts prior to your arrival at CPI. Printed handouts will not be available on-site.

CONTINUING EDUCATION

You can earn up to 22.5 continuing education contact hours (includes the pre-conference session and symposium luncheon). Please note, however, that not all activities are awarded contact hours. To earn CE, log in with your APNA account and complete evaluations any time before July 22nd.

Click here for step-by-step instructions for completing your evaluations and getting your CE Certificate. Contact hours for the Friday Symposium Luncheon are awarded separately via a CE certificate that will be emailed to you 2-3 weeks after the conference.

PARKING

Parking is available at the Omni Louisville Hotel for the following rates:

  • Staying at the Omni? Overnight guests at the hotel can use the valet at a discounted rate of $26/day.
     
  • Not staying at the Omni? If you will be driving in each day, to park for 0-4 hours is $22. Parking for 4-8 hours is $28.
