How to join Vision The Council for Mental Health Advocacy (CMHA) is the conduit for monitoring legislative, regulatory and policy matters affecting mental health. The Council works to inform PMH nurses about these issues and help coordinate organizational responses. Charge Identify and monitor policy that impacts mental health and psychiatric-mental health nursing at the local and national level.
