One easy-to-navigate site with virtual session rooms, poster gallery, & exhibit hall; online chats; your personalized schedule; options to search for and message attendees; and more!

What You’ll Need

A device with a high-speed internet connection that supports video streaming, an up-to-date browser, and Zoom. A video camera is not necessary, though there will be opportunities for you to use video to interact face-to-face with fellow virtual attendees.

How the Sessions will Work

• 2-hour Sessions: Presented live using Zoom Rooms.
• 45-Minute & 25-Minute Sessions: Pre-Recorded video presentations with the presenters available in sessions chat to answer your questions.
• All pre-recorded sessions will be available on demand after airing live to enable you to watch (and earn up to 2 contact hours each day for) additional sessions in case of scheduling conflicts or time zone differences.

Scheduled breaks will give you opportunities to explore the Poster Gallery (earn up to 4 contact hours), browse the Exhibit Hall, participate in chats, watch an on-demand sponsored session (get an Amazon egift card for each one you watch!), or step away from your screen for a bit.

Tips for the Virtual Event

For a successful virtual experience, ensure that you have the right technology in place:

• You will need a high-speed internet connection that supports video streaming: Run a speed test on your internet connection. If your results are 0.30Mbps or lower you may want to contact your Internet Service Provider (such as Comcast, Spectrum, AT&T) to troubleshoot.
• Use the latest versions of Google Chrome, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge as your browser for the best viewing experience.
• A device with a video camera is not required, though there will be some interactive opportunities for you to use video if you like in order to interact face to face with fellow attendees.
