Exhibit & Sponsorship Opportunities
We invite you to join us as an exhibitor or sponsor and promote your organization to the largest gathering of psychiatric-mental health nurses and related specialists in the United States.
From advanced practice nurse prescribers to nurses on the inpatient hospital floor, the APNA Annual Conference historically draws more than 1,700 attendees who influence or deliver care to patients across the lifespan and in a variety of settings.
Product Theaters are the best opportunity to showcase new products and treatment options to APNA members and conference attendees. Product Theaters are promotional and may concentrate on a specific product, medication, or disease state (does not provide NCPD contact hours). Product Theaters are exclusive, unopposed presentations with an average attendance of 250-750. Contact Leslie Hoopengardner at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information or download the Product Theater Application & Contract.
APNA is pleased to offer symposia as a method for the presentation of continuing education programs developed by other providers. Acceptable educational formats for symposia include presentations by speakers, panel discussions, films, and video presentations. Symposia opportunities are exclusive, unopposed presentations with an average attendance of 250-750. Contact Leslie Hoopengardner at email@example.com for more information or download the Symposium Application & Contract.
As an exhibitor or sponsor, you will have the opportunity to connect and engage with psychiatric-mental health nurses seeking the latest products, services, solutions, and opportunities. Expose your brand to decision-makers, both advanced practice nurse prescribers and RNs at the bedside who are monitoring and advising on treatment plans. Generate new leads and network with existing clients. Sponsorships are offered on a first come, first served basis. Contact Leslie Hoopengardner at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions.
