Make it all official with these steps!

Top Tips

• Look for an email in early June with your exclusive primary presenter registration discount code.
• Ensure that ALL presenters (primary & co-) register by the Early Bird Deadline of September 3.
• Look for an email in late September for info on your early access to the conference attendee site.

Registration

Registration Deadline for Presenters & Co-Presenters: September 3

• Registration will open in June. At that time, primary presenters will be emailed an exclusive registration discount code.
  • The code is only valid for the primary presenter for each presentation.
  • Poster Presenters: Remember that you must register for the full conference so that your poster is available the full time.
• Look for a registration confirmation email from inform@apna.org to ensure that your registration is complete and in the system.

Hotel

• After you complete your registration, make your hotel reservation by clicking on the Book Hotel button on your confirmation page or in your registration confirmation email
• When your reservation is completed in this system, you will be emailed a hotel reservation acknowledgement.
  • Use the acknowledgement number in this email to make any changes to your reservation.
• Your reservation will be held in the APNA registration database until mid-August when it is released to the hotel.
  • You will receive a confirmation from the hotel at that time.

Conference Attendee Site

This site will open in late-September and, as a presenter, you get exclusive early access!

• Includes schedule, presenters, attendees, maps, discussions, attendee messaging, handouts, etc.
• Access the site using your APNA account email address, which should be the same account you used to submit your abstract and program materials.
