Need assistance?

Unable to access or see your course? This may be because you need to update your internet browser or operating system. APNA courses require the following to operate properly: Windows 7 or later, Mac OS X 10.9 or later, Chrome 60 or greater, Firefox 52 or greater, Edge 14 or greater, Safari 10 or greater, iOS 10 or greater. If you are having difficulty accessing or seeing your course, please try using a different browser.

If the connection issues persist, or if you have completed a component of a course that isn't appearing, receive an error message, or can't get a button to work, please clear your cache and cookies using the instructions found here. Please note: clearing your cache and cookies may remove saved passwords, address bar predictions, or other saved information.

If you are looking for your certificate from a session you completed in the APNA eLearning Center before 7/25/17, please email inform@apna.org.

Registering for a Course in the APNA eLearning Center

Log in to the APNA eLearning Center with your username and password. If you aren’t sure of your username or password, please contact APNA for assistance at 855-863-APNA (2762).

Find the course you wish to register for and click Register.

This puts the course into your Cart. You can click to continue shopping or Complete Registration Now.

From the Cart page, complete the process by applying any Discount Codes or bonus points you have and payment information if necessary. Then click Place my Order.

The course will now be in your My eLearning page when you are logged in.

Finding Courses You Registered For

Log in to the APNA eLearning Center with your username and password. If you aren’t sure of your username or password, please contact APNA for assistance at 855-863-APNA (2762).

Once you are logged in, go to My eLearning.

Under On-Demand Products, you will find courses you registered for. Click the course title to take you to the course itself.

Finding Your Certificates

Log in to the APNA eLearning Center with your username and password. If you aren’t sure of your username or password, please contact APNA for assistance at 855-863-APNA (2762).

Once you are logged in, you can find all certificates for APNA eLearning Center courses you have completed since 2017 under Transcript.

Finding the Transcript button

If you do not find your certificate in your transcript or if you are looking for a certificate for a course you completed before 7/25/17, please email inform@apna.org.

If you previously attended an APNA Clinical Psychopharmacology Institute, APNA CPI West, or APNA Annual Conference, please go to www.apna.org/ConferenceCertificates to access your certificates. Click the Access Certificate button under the listing for the conference you attended.

Log in with your APNA username and password. If you do not remember your username or password, please contact APNA at 855-863-APNA (2762). Do not create a new account.

Click the Get Conference Certificate button. Please note: If you did not complete the conference session evaluations and overall evaluation, your certificate will not be available.

From here, you will be able to download your certificate, print it, or email it to yourself/someone else.

If you are missing a certificate for a course you completed or conference you attended, please contact APNA for assistance at 855-863-APNA (2762).



Using Your Bonus Points

Log in to the APNA eLearning Center with your username and password. If you aren’t sure of your username or password, please contact APNA for assistance at 855-863-APNA (2762).

Once you are logged in, go to My eLearning.

Once in My eLearning, click the blue Bonus Points button.

This will tell you your current balance as well as when points were added or used.

To use Bonus Points, start by following the traditional registration process for a course. Once you have selected your sessions and placed them in your cart, click the blue View Bonus Points button.

When the Bonus Points Status and Usage window pops up, click the boxes next to the sessions you would like to pay for with bonus points, then click the green Apply Bonus Points button.

Your cart will now display your Bonus Points and remaining balance (if applicable). Click the green Complete Registration button to purchase the sessions.

Adding External Credits

You can keep track of earned contact hours from other sources through my eLearning. Please note: This feature is to help you keep track of your earned contact hours for your personal records. APNA does not send anynursing continuing professional development contact hour data to any certifying bodies or Boards of Nursing. This is just for your own personal records.

Log in to the APNA eLearning Center with your username and password. If you aren’t sure of your username or password, please contact APNA for assistance at 855-863-APNA (2762).

Once you are logged in, go to My eLearning then click on Transcript.

Click the Add Additional Credits/Experience buttons.

This will open a form where you can upload your information.

Once the External Credit/Experience has been entered, it will now appear in your online Transcript below your eLearning credits. You will also be able to include these credits in your printed copy.

Reset Your Password

If you have forgotten your username or password, there are a few easy steps you can take to reset it.

Start from www.apna.org and click the orange Login button in the top right corner.

From the login screen, click on the Reset Password link.

You will be taken to a page to enter either your username or the email address associated with your account. An email will be sent to that email address that will provide your username and a link to create a new password. This link will only be active for fifteen minutes. Please note: If you do not receive the email, please contact APNA directly at 855-863-APNA (2762).

This link will redirect you to the APNA website where you create a new password. It will be active immediately. *Password must be between 8-40 alphanumeric characters.
