Registration for the APNA 11th Annual Clinical Psychopharmacology Institute is now open.
You have 3 options to register:

** APNA Members:

• Option 1 - REGISTER ONLINE You will need your APNA log-in and password information. Unless you have made changes to your account, the login generated by the system is your last name (all lowercase) and the password is your APNA member #. Don't know your log-in information? • Option 2 - Download the registration form, save it to your computer, complete it, and fax it to 855-883-2762. Click here to download the form.

• Option 3 - Call APNA to register over the phone. You can reach us toll free at 855-863-2762.

** Not an APNA Member?

Your registration options are the same as above. If you choose the online option through the APNA website, it will prompt you to set up an account to register -- this will not make you a member of APNA or charge you a membership fee. If you already have an account with APNA (even if it's a nonmember account), you'll be able to log in using that information to register. Be sure to use a current email address.

Hotel Reservations

A limited number of discounted rooms have been reserved at the Hyatt Regency Reston, available on a first-come, first-served basis until June 6, 2013. The Thursday-Sunday APNA Group Rate is $139/night for single/double occupancy and $169/night for triple/quad occupancy.

Cancellation Policy

Notification of registration cancellation must be received in writing to inform@apna.org by May 31, 2013 to receive a refund minus a $50.00 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after May 31, 2013.
