Vision
The task force will encourage meaningful efforts by APNA members and investigators to study the supply and demand for psychiatric-mental health nursing.

Goals

• Identify current needs and ways to develop new investigators to study the psychiatric-mental health nursing workforce.
• Study current workforce data to determine existing size of psychiatric-mental health nursing workforce and project future needs across the spectrum of PMH nursing care.
