APNA Hawaii Chapter
About the Chapter
The APNA Hawaii Chapter was chartered in 1997. Our purpose is to provide a venue for the growth and development of leaders that promotes quality mental health nursing care and maintains the integrity and value of psychiatric mental health nursing practice. The Hawaii Chapter has established liaisons with the Mental Health Association – Hawai’i and the Hawai’i Nurses Association’s Nursing Organization Liaison Forum. Members are active in clinical practice, education, administration and public policy.
