Exhibitor FAQs

Review the following information in preparation for exhibiting at the APNA 33rd Annual Conference.

Hall Hours & Badge Pick-Up

Exhibit Hall Open Hours:

Thursday, 10/3 – 1:30pm – 5pm
Friday, 10/4 – 10am – 12:30pm

Exhibit Hall Set-Up Hours:

Wednesday, 10/2 – 8:00am – 5:00pm
Thursday, 10/3 – 8:00am – 1:00pm

Exhibit Tear Down Hours:

Friday, 10/4 – 1:00pm – 5:00pm


Exhibitor Badge Pick-Up:

  • A badge is required for access to the exhibit hall. Additional badges are available for purchase at Exhibitor Badge Pick-Up.
  • Exhibitor badge pick-up is located at the APNA Registration area in the La Nouvelle Ballroom Foyer on the 2nd floor of the Ernst N. Morial Convention Center.
  • Retrieve your badge from the “Exhibitor Badge Pick-Up” registration desk during the following days/times:

Tuesday, October 1 – 4:00pm – 6:00pm
Wednesday, October 2 – 7:00am – 7:30pm
Thursday, October 3 – 8:00am – 6:00pm

Onsite Information

*According to APNA policy, attendee lists can contain first name, last name, city and state only. No other contact or identification information is available. This information is not available for rental or purchase.

  • For your booth location, view the live floor plan here.
  • For delivery, shipping, furniture rental, carpeting, etc. contact the hall decorator, Levy Expo:
