Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort

Guest Rooms

The reservation deadline has passed to book a room in the APNA discounted block at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort. To make a new reservation, please contact the hotel directly at (407) 939-5277 or search for hotel availability at surrounding locations.

Located in 3 distinctly different themed areas, guest rooms include 2 queen-size beds or 1 king-size bed, a desk and workstation, a mini-refrigerator, a coffee maker, a safe, a telephone with voicemail, and complimentary Wi-Fi Internet access. All guest rooms are non-smoking.

APNA Discounted Room Rate

$229 per night for single/double occupancy, plus taxes and fees (currently 12.5%) Additional occupants are $25 per person per night for guests 18 years of age and older.

APNA Room Reservations

Conference registration is required to reserve a guest room within the APNA room block. After completing your registration, you will be directed to book your guest room in the APNA block. After booking, you will receive an email confirmation from Walt Disney World® Resorts in late August. One night deposit + tax is charged on booking. Cancellations must be made more than 5 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee.

Getting Around

Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort is located between Disney’s Animal Kingdom® Theme Park and Disney’s Hollywood Studios®. Complimentary bus transportation to and from all Disney theme parks and water parks is available. Buses also run to Disney Springs and Disney’s Winter Summerland Miniature Golf Course. The main bus stop at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort is in front of the El Centro building. Three additional stops shuttle guests between the Casitas, Ranchos, and Cabanas suites.

Travel

By Air

Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort is located in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, approx. 21 miles from Orlando International Airport (MCO).

By Car

Lake Buena Vista is a short 1-hour drive from Tampa, FL, just 2 ½ hours from Jacksonville, FL, and a little more than 3 ½ hours from Miami, FL. Parking is complimentary at the resort.

Airport Transfer

APNA has arranged a discounted airport transfer for conference attendees via Mears CONNECT, a Disney-preferred provider of transportation. The discount provides a $4 discount off the adult round-trip rate of $32 or $2 off the adult one-way rate of $16. The discount is only valid for transfers purchased via the group portal. Weather & Attire

Lake Buena Vista’s average high temperatures in October are in the mid-80s with lows in the mid-60s. Business casual attire and comfortable shoes are suggested for the conference. We recommend bringing a sweater, as meeting room temperatures may fluctuate. Be sure to wear your attendee badge each day at the conference.
