Why choose this conference?

The APNA Annual Clinical Psychopharmacology Institute (CPI) is planned for nurses by nurses and focuses on complex clinical issues and is targeted for those who administer and/or prescribe medications. Complex health issues, medication challenges, and recently approved medications will be addressed. Recognizing that a person is more than a mental health disorder, this institute addresses the interaction of health care issues, mental disorders, culturally competent care, and treatment. CPI attracts attendance of 900-1100 Nurse Practitioners and Clinical Nurse Specialists. This program will be offered in-person with virtual components. The conference format is subject to change.

Exhibit & Sponsorship Opportunities

Participating as an exhibitor or sponsor at the APNA Clinical Psychopharmacology Institute provides an opportunity to promote your company to psychiatric nurses at both the RN and APRN (NP and CNS) levels. To maximize visibility and preserve the integrity of the conference, a limited number of tabletop displays are available on a first-come first-served basis. Sponsorships are offered to increase exposure to conference attendees and provide recognition as a leading supporter. Exhibitors and sponsors will be recognized in the printed program book distributed to all conference attendees, as well as in the conference mobile app.

About CPI Attendees

The APNA Clinical Psychopharmacology Institute is targeted for RN-PMH and advanced practice psychiatric nurses (PMH-CNS and PMH-NP), especially those who administer and/or prescribe medications.

Product Theaters or Symposia

As an exhibitor, you will have the opportunity to connect and engage with psychiatric-mental health nurses seeking the latest products, services, solutions, and opportunities. Tabletop Display Fees & Information

$2,500 per tabletop display. A second table can be provided for an additional $500. The second table must be directly adjacent to first table and have the same company name. Two complimentary badges and daily boxed lunch (Friday & Saturday) are included in the fee. Additional badges available for $200 each.

Help in-person attendees get connected at the conference as the official Wi-fi sponsor. Includes recognition onsite and on the Wi-fi network. Fee: $15,000

Display your company logo on the holder conference attendee wear to display their badge. Distributed to each conference attendee with their registration materials. Fee: $2,500

A favorite conference item with practical value, which attendees will use long after the conference is over. Distributed to each conference attendee with their registration materials. Fee: $4,500

Your company’s logo will be front and center throughout the conference on a notebook handed out with conference materials. The notebook is a popular attendee resource used for notes during sessions and carried throughout the event. Fee: $2,500

Program Book Advertisement
Only one spot available! Place your company advertisement on the inside back cover of the Conference Program Booklet distributed to each attendee with their registration materials. Fee: $1,400

Tote Bag Insert
Distribute your company literature to all conference attendees with an insert in the conference tote bag. Promote your products and services and encourage attendees to visit your Tabletop Display.
Fee: $1,000 one page, $1,500 two page
