Registration Rates & Information

After you register, you will receive emailed instructions for booking your hotel. Please call 888-408-8191 for help with registration or booking your room.

  • Registration includes access to live and session recordings for the day(s) registered.
  • In-person and virtual livestream registration available.
    • Select sessions (2 per time block) will be livestreamed to virtual attendees.
    • Access to full schedule of sessions presented (with contact hours) will be available on demand 2-3 months after the conference for in-person and virtual livestream attendees.
    • Poster presentations available to in-person and virtual livestream attendees. Earn up to 4 contact hours for time spent viewing and evaluating the poster presentations.
  • Discounted rates will be available through September 3 for institutions sending 2 or more nurses to the conference.
  • Add inform@apna.org to your safe senders list to ensure you receive information about the conference.

Cancellation Policy

Notification of registration cancellation must be received in writing to inform@apna.org by 9/19/2025 for a refund less a $75 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after 9/19/2025. Please allow 3 weeks for processing.
