After the COVID-19 pandemic exacerbated burnout, compassion fatigue, and distress in palliative care nurses, Dr. Lalani’s work will support testing and advancing theoretical frameworks, as well as developing holistic wellness interventions in a palliative nursing and pandemic context.

Congratulations to this enterprising researcher and thank you to the APNA Grant Review Committee for their expert review of proposals!
