- The conference is taking place at the Phoenix Convention Center, 100 N 3rd St, Phoenix, AZ 85004.
- Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) is 10 miles from the convention center and APNA hotels. .
- APNA Annual Conference attendees are eligible for airline discounts through United Airlines. See below for discount code.
- Taxi service is available outside Terminal 3 (North curb, outside door # 7) and Terminal 4 Level 1 (North curb, outside door #7, South curb, outside door #4)
- Ridesharing is also available. The rideshare pick-up location are outside Terminals 3 and 4. The Phoenix Convention Center provides a convenient spot for rideshare drop-off and pick-up. The Rideshare Zone is on 3rd Street, north of Washington Street. Rideshare companies have mapped out the Convention Center, and the various apps should send you to a convenient, safe spot when you’re coming or going.

Weather & Attire
Late October in Phoenix features warm, sunny days and cool, comfortable evenings, making it one of the best times of year to visit. Expect average afternoon highs in the low-to-mid 80s°F and overnight lows in the upper 50s to low 60s°F with very little chance of rain. An extra layer for fluctuating temperatures in the meeting rooms is always recommended.
